A quick and healthy one-pan meal featuring ground turkey and zucchini.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground turkey
- 2 medium zucchinis, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp dried oregano
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add onion and garlic, cook until softened.
- Add ground turkey, breaking it apart with a spoon. Cook until browned.
- Stir in zucchini, salt, pepper, and oregano.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes until zucchini is tender.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- You can substitute ground chicken for turkey.
- Add diced tomatoes for extra flavor.
