Description

A quick and healthy one-pan meal featuring ground turkey and zucchini.


Ingredients

  • 2 medium zucchinis, diced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp dried oregano

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add onion and garlic, cook until softened.
  3. Add ground turkey, breaking it apart with a spoon. Cook until browned.
  4. Stir in zucchini, salt, pepper, and oregano.
  5. Cook for 5-7 minutes until zucchini is tender.
