Description
Tender beef bites cooked in garlic butter sauce using a slow cooker for a high-protein meal.
Ingredients

- 1.5 lbs beef sirloin, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 4 tbsp butter
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 cup beef broth
Instructions
- Season beef with salt, pepper, paprika, and onion powder.
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat and sear beef for 2 minutes per side.
- Transfer beef to the slow cooker.
- Add minced garlic and beef broth to the slow cooker.
- Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Use lean beef for fewer calories.
- Adjust garlic to taste.
- Stir once halfway through cooking.
