Description

Tender beef bites cooked in garlic butter sauce using a slow cooker for a high-protein meal.


Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs beef sirloin, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

  • 1/4 cup beef broth

Instructions

  1. Season beef with salt, pepper, paprika, and onion powder.
  2. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat and sear beef for 2 minutes per side.
  3. Transfer beef to the slow cooker.
  4. Add minced garlic and beef broth to the slow cooker.
  5. Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
