Description

A quick and flavorful stir-fry with honey garlic sauce, ground beef, and fresh broccoli for a balanced meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Cooked rice, for serving

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it into small pieces.
  3. Stir in garlic and ginger, cooking for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add broccoli and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until slightly tender.
  5. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, water, cornstarch, and red pepper flakes.
  6. Pour sauce into the pan and stir until the sauce thickens.
  7. Drizzle with sesame oil and toss to coat.
  8. Serve hot over rice.
