- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Cooked rice, for serving
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it into small pieces.
- Stir in garlic and ginger, cooking for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add broccoli and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until slightly tender.
- In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, water, cornstarch, and red pepper flakes.
- Pour sauce into the pan and stir until the sauce thickens.
- Drizzle with sesame oil and toss to coat.
- Serve hot over rice.
