- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add onion and bell pepper, cook until softened.
- Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Add ground beef, breaking it up, and cook until browned.
- Stir in diced tomatoes, beef broth, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Simmer for 10-15 minutes until flavors combine.
- Serve hot.
